Shipping & Returns


It is our commitment to ship all orders with 24-48 hours based on product availability. USPS is our preferred carrier for shipping, and unless otherwise requested or specified, all orders with total weight under 13 oz. are shipped First Class.

Delivery Exceptions

If the carrier is unable to make delivery for any circumstance other than our error, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your package.

Any packages returned to us due to customer refusing delivery will be billed for the shipping charges incurred, plus a 25% restocking fee unless refused due to an error on our part.

Damaged Shipments

Our products leave the facility with superior packaging; however damages can still occur during transit. If your package does not arrive in acceptable condition, DO NOT ACCEPT it from the carrier. If you accept the damaged package from the courier you may be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please follow these steps if you have received damaged goods:

  1. Contact USPS IMMEDIATELY if there is any damage, spillage or breakage -- they may return to pick the package up.
  2. Contact us so that we can open a claim with the carrier, and
  3. Request for an RMA for replacement or refund.


Due to the nature of this product, we cannot except returns at this time. All sales are final after the 24 hour cancellation period. We highly encourage testing samples for $1 each.


Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing via email only. Otherwise a 15% restocking fee will apply.
